Directory
Smithers Exploration Group publishes an annual Exploration and Mining Directory for Northwest British Columbia.
The directory is updated annually. It can be downloaded in pdf form on this site. It is available at all major industry conferences in British Columbia and nationally.
In Smithers it is available at:
- BC Ministry of Energy, Mines & Petroleum Resources at the new office at 3726 Alfred Ave, across from Java’s coffee shop.
- Provincial Access Centre
- SEG office at #102 – 3423 Fulton Ave in Smithers (turn off highway 16 at the feedstore or at Smithers LumberYard, one block up to Fulton. The office is in the middle of the block)
In Vancouver, get a directory at:
- Association for Mineral Exploration BC, Suite 800, 889 West Pender St.
- BC Geological Survey office 310-865 Hornby Street
The deadline for the 2011 SEG directory is November 10. Advertisements are very reasonable and include exposure at the SEG booth at Mineral Exploration Roundup. There is no charge for being listed.
